Case no. Very unhappy with how they did business, definitely. I purchased vehicle collision and damage protection accidentally but I did called them before taking a vehicle out from parking lot and mentioned them that I was not sure if it was vehicle insurance. I called them and one of the senior customer service agent said that she would not cancel my full reservation but she would make sure the amount charged for collision and damage will refunded and she gave me case number to follow. She also mentioned that I will receive refunded amount in about 10 business days. I tried many times to contact them to know what's going on and how and when will I be refunded. Now, they say that they won't refund the money back which I think is nonsense and the worst way of dealing regular customer.
