Went to a meeting tonight and did not feel as much as being 'sold' on becoming an employee, but some of tactics they used to describe about how important it is to use their services etc, bothered me… For example— they seemed to play to the folks that may be in financial stress and showed slide that stated 'financial stress is a major cause of high blood pressure, lack of sleep, stress, divorce, and even suicide!" At that point I lost interest in why I went to meeting… I went because I heard it may be potential avenue to network since I am between jobs… I will not even connect with my contact there regarding the $300k I have in my former 401k… Sorry Primerica!
