After 10 years of being a loyal customer my account is being cancelled because an agreement between PG and my credit card company will no longer be continued. I respect the business decision between the 2 orgs. I do NOT appreciate the fact that PG is not offering an alternative program that would honor and continue my 10 years' worth of membership benefits. Do not use this company. They do not respect customers.
