Received letter in mail from PrivacyGuard cancelling membership and to call toll free number with questions. I called and was told my institution would not accept any more payments from PrivacyGuard. I inquired if I could use another payment vehicle to keep my membership and was told no. Person on phone did not know why members were being cancelled. I think PrivacyGuard should make a full disclosure regarding the sudden cancellation of members for no reason.instead of refunding one month of payments they should refund loyal members 6 months or one year of payments.
