I order One Dozen Long Stemmed Rainbow Roses. I ordered them on Nov 6,2015. The flowers were never sent to the person that I wanted to be sent to. So when I call and let them know that their flowers never made it they tell me that the account is under review. It would have been nice to know that my account was under review. The person I was sending the flowers to was waiting for them. This is the second time that I have used ProFlowers and they have messed up. I will not be using them ever again. Yes, I will be telling all of my friends never to use them either.
