Propell and Wakefields property management have fined the residents of Sydenham Manor, 41 Crouch Road, Sydenham, Durban unjustly. Wakefields have failed to manage Sydenham Manor and the residents have to still pay refuse and water separately from the levy. Wakefields sold Sydenham Manor to Propell and the Middle staircase of the other block of flats (Sydenham Lodge) which Wakefields also manages has caved in and they still haven't fixed it regardless of the fact that disabled, old and sickly persons live in the block. paying residents must pay twice as much levy because some other residents don't pay.
