I am not the type of person who writes reviews, but felt obligated to do so to make sure other people don't put their family in danger because of Protect America. From day one and for duration of 3 month I was calling telling them that equipment doesn't fit and my house is not protected. All the calls ended up with promises that were never followed up. Only when I called to cancel, I was told that they do have proper equipment, all of a sudden, and they will overnight that to me. When I declined on the premises that they left my house unprotected for three month, they threatened to go after me for breach of a contract, the one that didn't start yet, since they have not started protecting my house yet. Next call is to my lawyer. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation, protect your family with a reputable company.
