We are a Condominium group. We had Protection 1 installed October 2014. We have many blind spots, no facial recognition, cannot see license plates, very slow playback, and have had terrible to no service. Six months in, Nick promised to get this resolved. He did not. We have made many complaints and have had little to no response. The most we get is an email showing that it has been forwarded to someone else to take care of which has never been done. We still have the same problems stated above and for three months now have had one camera out and leaves blocking another one.
