We've had Protection 1 as our home security provider for a long time, ten years maybe.installing our most recent Protection 1 security device is a disaster. They sold me on installing cameras and updating my equipment. And they came, and it probably took them 8 days to get it in correctly. It's supposed to take one. Eight days, eight follow-up phone calls, eight everything. I don't think they investigated the situation thoroughly enough before they sold me the product. I had the opportunity to try their web or mobile controls. I like the concept but it has lots of bumps in the road getting installed. I just had a really bad experience. I really had a terrible experience installing everything. I think that there needs to be much more thorough investigation of a current house before they sell on new equipment because often the current house structure might not support it.
