I have put in a claim with Protect My Car this year. Something broke down and I took the car to the shop, but I had to pay with my money. I submitted the bill to them shortly after, and they cut down what they offered me.in the beginning, Protect My Car didn't tell me that. They told me I'd have a warranty from front to back and if I have a problem, I can take a picture and send them the bill which I did. But when they got the bill, it took them about ten weeks before they sent me my money and they didn't give me all my money back. They cut me short with my taxes saying they don't pay taxes and took them out. I had to pay it and that came up to about $75 short of what I paid for the vehicle. Now they changed their name to something else which is different from when I started with them.
