My card was stolen and I had a new card issued. ProtectMyCar was very adamant about calling to make sure that they had updated payment information. That's a perk that they're trying to make sure that they receive their funds monthly for the contract that we had signed for. There was no real qualms, no problem with them. They did their job when I needed them. I hope they continue to do so in the future.
