Been a customer since March of 2015. Was never told or read that there would be increases in my rates every six months. Charged me a late fee of 30.99 for taking my payments off auto pay. HORRIBLE customer service by Dionte at 800-567-0759. Paid my bill less the late fee and now they state I owe ANOTHER. 79 for state tax. That's no where to be found on my bill. I will be moving my stuff out asap. HORRIBLE, snarky, awful service.
