Had to try 5 times just to pay my first bill. Never received any invoices, no explanation for how to pay. Called twice, got a login/password to pay online which didn't work. Was told I "wasn't set up to receive online bills" (with no apology) – but my payment was due. Called again for correct online login info (it's also $20 additional to pay via phone). Finally got login information because the first customer service rep spelled "Gmail" wrong. After submitting payment online at deadline, the site was under maintenance. Received a $20 late fee the next day and was told since everyone is paying the same time at the deadline, the site shuts down. Horrible.
