This company has no business concept. They are rude. On top their buildings you'll see German roaches crawling their hallways. I call them to let them know was moving. I was just diagnosed with a horrible illness on Nov. Cold rain. Did not have anybody to help me move. They told me no exceptions and sympathies fit in their policy and they understand what I'm going thru but their policy could not be violated??? And one day extra I had to pay whole month? What? What has happen? I had been a customer for many years and she was rude and mean on the phone. Nasty people.
