My experience with Quicken Loans was overall a positive one. We were looking for a loan to buy a home last year and Quicken came through for us. The only drawback I found was that they put a hit on my credit report and I was not expecting this. I wasn't advised it would happen and was a little upset by it. If they had not found me a good deal, that hit would have been on my credit when other lenders ran my credit and lowered my score considerably.
