I had opened an account with QVC and placed one order for a vacuum and made my first easy payment. Then they closed my account and never notified me so I called and spoke with customer service and they tell me there was an old account with an unpaid balance still being owed and it had been reported to collection. And i told them it wasn't me. They didnt seem to care and told me to contact collections which i am and trying to straighten this out. Then she went on and said my account that was recently closed is being handled by corporate? Does anyone know what that is? And i had asked for a # to speak to someone there and she said that's not possible. I am annoyed and will never do business with them ever again!
