More than a year ago deposit was paid on a property which my sister rented from remax. They still have not paid back the money. They claim that the owner has seen a crack to the kitchen top and will keep the full r9000. This is after they move out and left an alarm which they purchased. They had to fix the gate when they move in and remove rubbish left by the previous occupants. Three big bakkie loads.
