We recently ate at your location on 36 st in Calgary
When we went to use our egift card, and they told us it was invalid. End result we paid the bill, and I called to find out why. There was no problem I was told, tried it again still no go! I ended up requesting a refund on gift card 6106 4459 8943 2394
Extremely embarrassing and frustrating on our part! Maybe the staff in this restaurant need some training? Or they could have tried calling to remedy this for us? Not pleased, and we love Red Lobster!
