I did car accident my car was passed and quote was submitted when I went to the panel they gave a different quote advising I was under quoted when I called insurance they said I need to car the assessment guys for reassessment I did and I was told it was gonna be done till today my car is still at the panel beater the assessment guys manager called matthews he never communicates unless if call his pathetic and even lied to me that it was done on the 28 of January and it wasnt not sure where I can escalate my info cause they dont have enough info online.
