Called customer service because the website ability to get a return form didn't work. The person at customer service was extremely difficult to understand because of a heavy accent. Although Roku claims to have an easy return policy they make it very difficult.in frustration i asked several times to speak with a supervisor which she would never transfer me. Kept telling me they wouldn't let me return the device without telling her what was wrong with it. I kept telling her it didn't work with my tv but that wasn't enough. I would never buy another thing from this company.
