I have had to deal with Roku twice now, and both experiences were horrible. The most inane questions (is the unit plugged into a wall outlet?) The first time, I could smell the unit burning but the tech insisted on putting me through the stupid drills until agreeing that it was non functional and should be replaced. The second time… Well, it's been three weeks and I'm still waiting for that promised callback.in the meantime, I figured out the problem myself.
