I got a RushCard account with direct deposit and my funds posted on the 10th and the 17th of this month and I cannot access my funds… I have been calling them since Nov 11 and no one can give me an answer… This company sucks!!! I have been without funds for a week and a half. My funds are just sitting in an account that I cannot access. I have kids that needs things and bills that need to be paid that are past due. I advise NOBODY to get an account with RushCard. This is ridiculous! Somebody need to write me a check for my funds.
