When the RushCard made changes to its service to make our experience better. It has been terrible! I'm unable to log on to the app or website to my account and what's worse is I call in to the customer service department for assistance and there's no one to answer the phone. It connects me to an operator and within minutes the call drops. I have tried to reach them over a 100 times to no avail. Please fix this problem! I'm not using the service to the fullest as I once was and now I'm to the point where I'll just use another services e. G. (ACE Elite or Kathy Hughes One Card).
