I was disabled in 2010. Unable to work, have lung cancer. 1/3 of right lung removed. Sent reports from Doctor. Federal loan was forgiven but Sallie Mae said NO. I would never recommend Sallie Mae to anyone to apply for a Loan. Going to post on Facebook NEVER APPLY FOR A LOAN THRU SALLIE MAE.
