I handed my claim with all the nessasary documents in, in August 2016. Up untill today the 13th December 2016 I did not receive my money. I have called them today again and received the same answer which I receiced in the beginning of November that it is still in process. How long does it take to process??? I must move but cannot. The tell me they will contact me but nobody ever does. Can someone please help????
