I spoke to 3 different associates about your upcoming phone event for the IPhone 6s. At no time did they tell me I needed to make an appointment to get a phone and gift card. I spoke with someone in depth the day before, and even call the day of and spoke to someone who said they had a long line. I am very angry and dissapointed. I spoke to the manager who apologized but that didn't change the situation. They're were No appointments left at 3:30 Saturday. I have been a member since you opened in Winston Salem NC. My membership expires in March. Thinking of going to Costco. This could have been prevented easily by noting in the ad that an appointment was nessasary. I missed out on a 200.00 gift card that I could have used. Very bad business practice!!!
