Sending 9' Christmas tree to troops in Africa. Ordered online 2 weeks ago. Two days after placing order emailed letter received confirming order was shipped. Two weeks later receive that my credit card account was being credited because tree could not be shipped to FPO. I checked with shipping company and they said that the informed Sam's of this three days after order was placed! SO it took Sam's almost two weeks to inform me that the item could not be shipped. SO that means I have lost two weeks in of shipping time!!! Took to USPS cost $246 to ship a $300 tree and it can only go standard now not priority! USPS said it may take up to 30 days to ship. All I can do is pray that this Christmas tree gets to our soldiers in time, but no thanks to Sams.
