First off I want to say overall I love Samsung products however I bought the latest Samsung Galaxy Tablet and its great when it works correctly but I had to send my brand new tablet to be fixed 3 months after buying it. Samsung was very aware of the problems I had so I sent it in for "repair" on a Mon afternoon and got it back on a Wed morning unfixed with a new charging cord. Now they need it again to be "repaired" again. The whole point of doing it when I did is because I am going on vacation and wated/expected a working tablet. Now I have to deal with a long plane ride and vacation with one that works when it feels like it. Since this is the first time I've had such a HORRIBLE experience with them I'll probably get a Samsung smart TV when I upgrade. I like their products enough to give them one more chance, just hope I don't have to deal with customer service.
