I brought my note 5 from Saudi Arabia and now I m studying in Indonesia, I have some issue with the device after going to customer service Samsung told me they cant fix my phone I need to go back from where I purchase… Is this international warranty… Previously I was big fan of Samsung but not any more bcz… N now it will become the main reason of switching my phone to apple… Sad to say but truth is always bitter… Samsung makes good phone but the don't provide support if u r out of the country… Samsung sucks!!!
