I have purchased a LED TV on 7.11.2015 from M/s VIVEK. It was informed that we will have an Engineer for Installation 9/11/2015, but till date 12/11/2015 nobody has turned up. Whenever we call the customer service they say it will be done today, but nothing had happened. Worst service by samsung. I would advise people buying TV not to buy SAMSUNG PRODUCT because of worst service.in chennai i was told that the service had been outsourced to TVS Electronics, and they also does not care for the customer. They keep giving lame excuses. I sincerely suggest not to buy any samsung product in future.
