I own a SAMSUNG NOTE 4 that was purchased BRAND NEW 5 month ago. Thefinger print scanner doesn't work and I took my phone to my carrier who trouble shot the problem thru technical support. The problem is a BAD SCANNER.
SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE gave me ONE option ONLY… Send my new phone into samsung they will assess and fix the phone then MAIL it back to me (11 DAY TURN AROUND)
I told them my phone would never work right again and being it's 5 month old, I want to mail this one back and have them issue me a brand new one, out of the factory box… The said no… THEY COULDN'T DO THAT.
I have taken this to the corporate level and have left 5 messages at the administration of the CEO, USA Operations, SURPRISE, no return call yet and it's been a week…
i couldn't recommend samsung at this point… Their customer service doesn't even respect a 1 star they just want ur 700.00 and good-bye
look at the warranty before u buy… Also, look beyond samsung…
