My s pen fell apart less than a week after buying myour note 5. Samsung refuses to replace the pen unless I send them my phone also to check for damages. I even provided a picture showing the pen was not damaged in any way and just came apart and they refuse to replace it without checking the phone first. I refuse to send a perfectly fine working phone off for repairs. They refuse to see how ridiculous it is to expect someone to be without their phone for at least a week when the phone has no issues. It's sad that samsung is willing to lose customers over the fact that they will not replace a cheap pen without making you jump through hoops.
