This was my only call to samsung support. My new galaxy s6 would not recognize my fingerprint which made my handset useless. The first thing the tec wanted me to was a system reset. After all the time I spent with programing there was no way I was going to do that. The only solution he recommended was a reset. I hung up, managed to solve the problem myself.
