Tried for the last forty plus days to get a tv fixed that went dead 46 days after purchase. Authorized customer service center has banker's hours and is located about 40 miles from my order to get service I would have to talk half a day off from work. Contacted Executive Customer Service and was told that Best Buy will perform the manufacture repair, however after talking it to them apparently Best Buy will not perform any manufacture warranty work because of Samsung contract issues. When asked for a simple request of send me a container and shipping label so I can return it to get fixed at the reconditioning center they said it was not within their policy to perform these option. The Best Buy store manager spent over an hour and he could not do anything even though I bought it from that store.
