I have purchased two TV's in the past 8 years and have poor results with of them. The first TV did not last but 3 years, screen went out. The second TV sent under warranty to replace bad one, just blacked out several weeks ago, needless to say not under warranty. I call independent tech. And $354.00 later TV still not working. Technician said power supply grid was the problem. Tech. Brought TV back and it lasted before going out again. Now, I am waiting on another part that's currently not available for that model. I have lost all confidence in Samsung products. Although, their TV's rate high I fail to see why, based on my experience.
