We have a samsung clx-6250 copier. It was bad from day one. Customer service for the business part of samsung has been called, sadly nothing… No fix for this one. I have also call samsung tech support for the business copier, yet they just give you the run around then they tell you that they wont help you. I think they don't know their producs. So samsung fix your customer / tech support or don't sell your defective equipment.
