Tried over the course of a week to submit several payments to payoff my car… They apparently only allow maximum payments of 2000 and a most of 2 at a time. Not a terrible inconvenience, but that means they got another $4 from me due to interest… Then when trying to request a payoff amount… They still charge another 15 days of interest… So $45 for my account because of the shady deal. WTH? The customer service representatives seem to be incompetent. Honestly will never get another car loan through them again…
