When the ATM did not disperse money but did charge my account I called right away to file a complaint. Man assured me that when that happens after it gets counted it goes right back into my account but he will file a claim anyway. To make a long story short THEIR machine malfunctions and they are now telling me it takes TEN business days for my money to go back in. And to top it off there is no customer access to the person who handles that claim. A customer service representative who has nothing to do with the claim and only can tell me what is going on is the best they can do. There is no reason why it should take ten days to handle a situation where the incident is clearly on camera and the machine clearly shows the discrepancy. I will be closing the account I have had for 30 years. Service sucks.
