I have been calling the jewelry department at the capital city mall for 2 days an no one is answering the phone. I was in the store on Sunday am to get the necklace that is advertised for $19.99. No one knew where they are an they were going to call me later that day but no call. I am very upset about the way I am being treated let alone no one answering the phone.
