I have been trying to get my toilet fixed now for a month. I have emailed Select Home Warranty and asked to have repairs numerous times. They send the name of a service provider and if they haven't contacted me in 24 hours to call the service tech. I have called the techs and left messages, no return calls except from one tech company and he said he was no longer working for them because they don't pay their bills. I have called, emailed and talked to Select Home Warranty but I still haven't had my toilet looked at or fixed. I told them I wanted my money back – I was tired of waiting for a month. They said "Ok, we will email you a void and reimburse you." Well, no email or reimbursement. I have contacted BBB. RIP-OFF, horrible customer service, liars.
