Absolute terrible service at woodmead specaavers
Someone needs to do something about the rudeness at no service at that place. It seems like the receptionist lady or ordering lady does have a problem with people and I don't understand how's she been employed there if she has no customer service
She's rude has no ways of speaking n refuses to helps customers.
It's been 3 weeks now and they at specsavers woodmead will tell u as a customer what u should take n what u shouldn't.
I've ordered my contact lens n to date it's been 3 weeks that lady gave me a hard time the very first day n still is
