I recently moved and closed bank accounts. When I did so I was informed by my bank that I had over drafted by square enix. I called to see if square Enix would accept payment from the correct bank. They said they don't do refunds even though I was offering to pay. Now I've had my account banned and was told it wasn't about the money to them but that I had damaged their reputation. They had a chance to do the right thing and keep a loyal customer of 9 years.instead I will do everything to tarnish what's left of their mucky reputation.
