I ordered this watch. It arrived defective (the hour/minute hands didn't work). I immediately sent it back and after 10 days contacted customer service wondering why it's taking so long for a replacement. Customer service stated it will take 3-4 weeks before I get the replacement for A DEFECTIVE WATCH. I told them this unacceptable and asked to speak to the customer service manager. I left a message on her voice mail. NOW IT'S 24 hrs later still no call back. If this is how they treat customer then this is my last order. Buyer beware!!!
