Well I have to give up on straight talk, 1st phone stopped making and receiving call after only 20 days, data still worked. Took 4 days to convince them the phone would not work no matter how many times it was turned off and on, sim card removed etc. Bought temporary phone, sent back non working phone. Took 2 weeks to get replacement. Replacement suffered same problem. Ordered Home phone device. Would not program, spent 2 hours on phone with no luck. Now I give up I have no working phones. Lost air time due to non working phones. CSR lied about being able to restore lost time. I am sending everything back and going back to verizon. Don't let the cheap price fool you.
