I was unfortunately not given my tix for a concert in which I purchased the tickets for. I was told 4 days later that the tickets had been cancelled, and I would be credited my funds back.

I am very disappointed that Stub HUb was not willing to honor the same pricing for other seats that are still on sale on your website.

Customer relations is not exceptional at Stub Hub and I will also let friends and family know not to order from Stub Hub, any other service would be more than willing to accommodate their customers in which I felt I was not given Stub Hubs best foot forward in this situation.

Also when I originally called on Sunday to request information on this, your representative advise me that I would get tix for the same price. She was not aware of your policy and had misquoted your organization at my expense.
