I wrote this review for Stubhub but they returned it as it doesn't fit their guidelines! The concert was sublime, transcendent, phenomenal. Stubhub however failed to put my full address on the envelope for the courier, the courier failed to contact me to let me know that they couldn't find me, and I eventually found when tracking it that it was being sent back to the depot. Three times. After a lot of messing about they managed to get the tickets to me on the same day as the event! I couldn't believe that Stubhub had failed to put the full address until I saw that the label was indeed incomplete. I almost wasted all my money and missed seeing Patti Smith!
