We ordered 4 ticket June 28,2015 online for the Taylor Swift concert Oct 31,2015 at Raymond James. The receipt said "Success! You just bought 4 tickets! Order total: $1,901.20. Your tickets will come via UPS by Wed, Oct 28,2015." When we called on the 28th they said they never processed the order without further explanation. Asked for a supervisor and waited for a call back three times. Never received a callback and my daughter missed a concert she had been waiting on since June for her birthday.
