I bought two new floodlamps on auction, they were boxed, wrapped and sealed, on opening one had completely sheared from its mounting, I spoke with SK the next day and they told me thjere is nothing they can do – effectively you are meant to open every item and unwrap everything before you take it away – that's unrealistic and in my view wrong -0 I wont be buying from them again
