I went into the T-Mobile store in Mill Creek, Wa today and had probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I believe his name was Demitri? And from the time I walked into the store instead of engaging with me he was constantly looking out the window looking at people walking by. Taking customers who came in after I did whom he didn't help either, just told them to go to a different location for a loaner phone until her new phone came by mail. He could have called another location to see if they had one before sending her out on a wild goose chase with 3 small children. He need to focus on his customers! Because of his I a changing carriers, as he did nothing to help me find out why phone wont respond just told me I would need to upgrade No ThankYou
