In July I made a pre-purchase for a collectible item that only came out October I moved. I changed my address with, but that didn't change my address for the order I had already placed and paid for. I called to change my address, but they said they could not change the address until the order was shipped. I called again once it shipped and they said there was nothing they could do. Despite my efforts, there was no preparation I could make to get the collectible item, and the only answer they gave me was to cancel and reorder. I would avoid at all cost!
